This Years AGM will take place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 beginning at 7.00pm in Potto Village Hall.
Our regular meeting will take place afterwards.
Complimentary Nibbles and a Glass of Wine or Beer will also be available.

Why not just pop along - we love to see you all! - and tell us whether we are doing our jobs right - or maybe wrong?
We as a committee are always open to suggestions about how we could raise money or what different events that you would attend.
We'd also like to hear from those who we could support to run events in the village hall. 

We are a group of six volunteers who love to sort out fundraising events - some to benefit the Village Hall, some to benefit other charities and ALL of them to benefit the community we live in. With profits from events we ensure that the Village Hall is maintained and promote it to the outside world.

We meet usually once a month and have a good catchup as well as sorting out all of the above AND most of all we'd love YOU to join us. We all do this around our lives - and attendance at every meeting or event is not mandatory.

Life is short - so grab the bull by the horns and have some fun!
