This Years AGM took place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 beginning at 7.00pm in Potto Village Hall.
Our regular meeting took place afterwards.

The existing officers of the committee were re-elected to their existing posts and we also welcomed two new members to the management committee. 
There was some informative discussion at the end of the AGM regarding possible fundraising and community events to do alongside the existing ones we do. These will be looked into. 

We are a group of 8 volunteers who love to sort out fundraising events - some to benefit the Village Hall, some to benefit other charities and ALL of them to benefit the community we live in. With profits from events we ensure that the Village Hall is maintained and promote it to the outside world. We'd also like to hear from those who we could support to run events in the village hall. 

We meet usually once a month and have a good catchup as well as sorting out all of the above AND most of all we'd love YOU to join us. We all do this around our lives - and attendance at every meeting or event is not mandatory.

Life is short - so grab the bull by the horns and have some fun!
