The Village Hall is a registered Charity and is run by a team of volunteers who run and maintain the Village Hall on behalf of the Trustees. We fundraise to keep this essential facility up and running.
To do this we arrange lots of different events throughout the year from plays to our pub nights.
Our members are:
Lizz Hepple - Chair & Marketing
Julie Spuhler - Deputy Chair & Treasurer
Karen Foster - Bookings & Secretary
Fiona Wilson - Health & Safety
Andrew Wilde - PPC Representative
Anne Chatterton - Member
& Kiran Gill - Member.
We meet once a month for an hour or so to plan fundraising and other community events to enable us to maintain this community facility. You don't need to wait for an AGM: Please feel free to turn up and meet us all.
We also have a great number of people who are 'Potto Village Hall Friends' who don't take part in the running of the Village Hall but are willing to help out at events and other occasions and to whom we are all most grateful.
